Images You Upload

When you use the App, you may upload photos of yourself or others (with their consent). These images are processed to generate personalized emoji stickers.

Facial Feature Data

The App processes facial features contained in your uploaded images to generate emoji representations. This processing occurs in real-time and no biometric identifiers or templates are created, stored, or retained by us. The facial analysis is performed solely for the purpose of creating stylized emoji artwork and does not constitute biometric data collection under applicable laws.

Device Information

We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for analytics and troubleshooting purposes. This information is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify you personally.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card details. Payment transaction records may be maintained by the respective app stores in accordance with their privacy policies.

Local Storage Data

The App stores certain data locally on your device, including: app preferences, generated sticker images, and session state information. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

2. How We Handle Your Images

We take your image privacy very seriously. Here's our commitment:

No Permanent Storage: The App does not permanently save or store any images you upload on our servers. Images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after processing is complete.

Secure Transmission: All data is encrypted during transmission using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Your images are protected while being sent for processing.

Temporary Processing: Images exist only temporarily in memory during the AI processing phase and are not written to permanent storage on our systems.

Local Results: Generated emoji stickers are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, sticker packs may also be stored in your personal iCloud account to allow restoration across your devices.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

The App uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For payment processing and app distribution. These platforms handle all payment transactions.

WhatsApp: When you add stickers to WhatsApp, the sticker images are transferred to WhatsApp in accordance with their sticker requirements.

Google AI Services: Your uploaded images containing facial features are transmitted to Google's Gemini AI service for processing. Google processes the image to generate emoji-style transformations of your facial expressions. According to Google's API terms, data sent through the Gemini API is not used to train their models and is deleted after processing. PostHog Analytics: We use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to collect usage data such as screen views, button taps, and app events. PostHog may also record session replays to help us understand how users interact with the App and improve the user experience. Session replays may capture visible screen content, including text, images, and form inputs displayed during your session. TikTok App Events SDK: We use TikTok's App Events SDK to measure advertising performance. This SDK may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS) for ad attribution purposes, allowing us to understand how users discover and install our app through TikTok advertisements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or images to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data during transmission and processing:

Secure HTTPS/TLS connections for all data transmission

No persistent storage of user images on our systems

Automatic cleanup of temporary session data

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data during transmission to third-party services.

Deletion: Generated stickers can be deleted from your device at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing app data

Data Portability: Stickers stored on your device can be exported and shared as you wish

Objection: You may object to processing by discontinuing use of the App

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. By using this App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or have parental consent.

9. International Data Transfers

Your images are transmitted to third-party AI processing services that may be located in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your image data to these services for processing purposes.

These transfers are necessary to provide the core functionality of the App. We ensure that our third-party service providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Face Data Retention Statement

We do not retain face data. Face data is processed in real-time and is immediately deleted after processing is complete.

Processing Duration

Face data exists only for the duration of the image processing operation, typically 60-120 seconds. The face data is held in temporary memory solely to complete the emoji generation process. Once processing is complete, the face data is immediately and permanently deleted. We do not store face data indefinitely or for any period beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

Third-Party Face Data Sharing

We share face data with the following third party for processing purposes:

Google (Gemini AI Service): Your uploaded images containing face data are transmitted to Google's Gemini AI service for the sole purpose of generating emoji-style artwork based on your facial features.
